Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Memo, provided by Gamma Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 52 682 863 690). By using Memo you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Memo ingests documents you provide and builds a searchable knowledge graph from them. We may change or improve features over time.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you have no right to, or that is unlawful.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other users.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices and taxes may change with notice.

Your content

You own the documents you upload and the graph derived from them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content — including sending it to our sub-processors — only to provide the service to you.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination you may export your content for a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
